We believe that good food brings people together. Here at Forage, we seek out fresh ingredients from our local friends and bring them together in delicious, honest food.

Every bagel is hand-shaped and baked in our wood-fired oven, the way it's been done for generations.

The Bakery

We rely on true artisan baking methodology. Our bakers shape every bread and bagel by hand, using only the ingredients that are necessary — no additives, no preservatives.

We aspire to create deep flavor through traditional, highly controlled fermentation. Our wood-fired oven bakes at very high temperatures, giving our breads and bagels fluffy interiors and crusty exteriors.
