Copyrights and Copyright Agent. If you believe your work has been
copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide
a notice containing all of the following information to our Copyright Agent:

and Gimmegrub or its affiliates.
14. Severability.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of
competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision
shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that
this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15. Termination.
Gimmegrub may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or
without notice, for any reason.
16. Refund Policy.
Online pickup orders are not refundable after pick-up. If you would like to cancel your order please call the restaurant before your scheduled pick-up. We do not refund credit card orders. If there is any reason you don't like the food you receive, feel free to talk to the cashier at the restaurant so that they can accommodate something for you. However, credit card orders cannot be refunded.
